Before we left for Ohio, we went one night to Color Me Mine this kids pottery painting place. Jada painted a "Cookies for Santa" plate in the shape of a Christmas tree. It was adorable. We literally did not help her at all. Kalle kind of helped her - kind of messed her up ;) But it turned out soooo cute. Jada gave the plate to her grandparents on Christmas Eve, then we made some special cookie for Santa. It was so much fun. I love traditions like this.

The finished product. Isn't it gorgeous? See Jada's cookie plate on the right side of the fireplace? She even left Santa CHOCOLATE milk. Inventive little kid. That thought has somehow never occured to me ;-)
